01 // What is LocalVPS?
LocalVPS is a Unity SDK for place-based AR apps & experiences. It uses distinctive visual features to re-localize the camera in any space you pre-map.
No QR codes or internet connection needed - your AR content snaps in place by pointing your camera at the environment. LocalVPS works offline at runtime, ensuring privacy and no quotas.
Currently, LocalVPS supports Android and iOS. Ports to other platforms might be possible depending on camera access support.
